Our pricing is simple – no hidden charges! Pricing is based on the size of the event, not a percentage of your budget. We work with you and your vendors in full consideration of typical constraints like time and money.

Day of Event Coordination

By far, the most popular option! We ensure that your event is produced as planned and each responsible person and service provider are aware of and guided to perform as expected. Sounds simple, but it involves many behind-the-scenes steps, conversations and checklist reviews with vendors and on-the-spot management to make sure events run smoothly. The great aspect of this option is the bride, groom or event sponsor are totally involved in the pre-event planning, and on the day of the event, Occasions by Shari takes over and removes the stress from everyone to the event can be enjoyed to its fullest.

Full Event Planning

Imagine all of the above in addition to full planning services! Full planning includes all of the research and meetings with potential vendors, negotiating contracts and provides you with the best options to select from.
